This class is the foundation of how to eat to feel and look your best while keeping your metabolism and your immune function turned “on,” so that you can function at your highest potential. It boils down to eating real food combinations at specific times throughout the day and this class will teach you how to do this. This hour just may change the rest of your life and the way you eat every single day!
Forever Young, From The Inside Out
During the class we will learn about nutrients that can ward off the aging process internally as well as externally. We can benefit from the value of preventive nutrition whether it be related to cancer, heart disease or aging. Oxidative damage of everyday living increases our risk for various health concerns. There are foods that can protect us and reduce those risks. Let’s fight back with powerful food choices!
How Stress Effect’s Our Eating Habits
Having a rough day at work? Are the kids misbehaving? Maybe you’re having a day when nothing is going right! You are stressed! How do you deal with it? Are you going for a handful of cookies or having a piece of fried chicken? We’ve all engaged in emotional eating at one time or another but how do we break the habit! We will discuss how to identify your emotional triggers and how to help change the way we deal with stress.
Beating The Sugar Blues
How do you feel about sugar? Do you believe that sugar is toxic? Which is worse:

Heart Healthy Eating
